While I can’t promise you completely smooth travels (that’s just not reality in travel or in life with kids), I can provide you with the tools, tips, and first hand experience to help you have a great time even with the road bumps.
I’ll help you figure out ways to adapt your travels to what works for YOU! Take what serves you and leave the rest. No two families are the same but I’ll give you my honest thoughts, what worked for us, and what I wish we would’ve done.

I’m Lindsey and I help families who want to travel with their kids and actually enjoy it.
When we first started traveling Europe, we were kid-free, living in Germany, and completely enthralled with seeing as much of Europe as we could.
We dutifully took a Rick Steves book with us on every trip and did everything Rick told us to do.
Once we had a baby, I found myself searching for more family specific information. I love Rick, but family-friendly travel isn’t exactly his niche.
I scoured the internet for blogs and social media posts to give me the confidence to take a baby, toddler, kid, to a destination.
Truth be told, I started my Instagram way back in the day because I wanted a place to share all our travel pictures and information but I didn’t want to annoy my friends and family on Facebook.
I thought I could share on IG to an audience of strangers who loved travel as much as I do while avoiding looking like a pretentious show-off to people I knew in real life.
(Spoiler alert: Facebook told all my contacts about my IG account. So my anonymity came to an end.)
Social media was the spark for connecting and sharing with other travel-minded families and then it grew into the blog content you can find here.
It’s been my goal since the beginning to make traveling feel less intimidating for families and to help them enjoy their trips more.
